The American Queen Pageant is a traditional beauty pageant for the
contemporary woman.
Judging is done on a 1/3 equal basis in categories of Interview/Evening
Wear/Fitness. However, an emphasis is also placed on community
involvement and on the busy lifestyle of today's woman revolving around
career, family, and education.
The American
Queen Pageant prides itself on open communication. To this end, we
provide every officially registered contestant with an exact copy of the
"Judges Instructions and Criteria". This is the exact document that we
provide to our judges in preparation for judging a local, state,
regional or national American Queen Pageant.
Additional competition categories such as Essay ("Why
America Needs a Queen") and Scrapbook are OPTIONAL, but NEVER require an
additional fee of any kind.
In addition, upon request, we also provide each
contestant with a copy of their scores and any judges comments. We do
not, however, provide scores or personal information to anyone other
than the contestant herself.
