Must be a natural-born female

Must have residence in, work or attend school in
the state that they are representing

Must never have appeared in nude or distasteful
photos or video

Must be of good moral character and must not have
exhibited behavior contradictory to this including, but not
limited to distasteful, inappropriate statements either
verbally, visually or in writing, including, but not limited to
inclusion on internet message boards and sites such as MySpace,
FaceBook, etc.

Must never have been convicted of a crime.

Must meet age requirements as described below for
the age division that they are competing in.

Must be between the ages of 18 and 25 by the date
of the national pageant

national competition

Must be legally married for a minimum of 6 months

Ms.:
Ms. Classic:
Entrant affirms that she is and will continue to be a
person of good moral character; that she has not committed and will
not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public
morals and conventions or that will reflect unfavorably on the
American Queen Pageant™, its representatives, sponsors and/or
licensees; that she has not appeared in nude or provocative
photographs for any film or publication prior to, during the pageant
finals, or during her reign as a state title holder or should she
become a National American Queen ™ Titleholder. Delegate will
conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times
during all American Queen Pageant™ Functions and Events and while
representing an American Queen Pageant™ title. Delegate will not
slander or libel other contestants, judges, Crowning Achievements
staff or anyone else involved with the American Queen Pageant™.
Defamatory verbal and/or written remarks (including, but not limited
to those on any internet message board or site) against Crowning
Achievements and the American Queen Pageant™ and any of it’s
licensees will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of
any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges. If a candidate
withdraws from competition for any reason, all fees including
sponsor fees, application fees and ad fees are totally
non-refundable. If a state title holder relinquishes a title during
the course of her year of service, said titleholder will be
responsible for cost of returning all prizes and awards, plus an
administrative fee to Crowning Achievements. Furthermore, all prizes
and awards received will be returned in full to Crowning
Achievements. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
Disruptive behavior before, during, or after the pageant will result
in disqualification, removal from the premises (at contestant‘s
expense), and legal charges.
By submitting the entry form and fee (s), delegate
agrees to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by
Crowning Achievements. Participation in the American Queen Pageant™
also indicates acceptance and agreement to abide by all policies,
rules and regulations set forth by Crowning Achievements. Delegate
attests that all information submitted to Crowning Achievements is
true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to
comply with Crowning Achievements policies may result in immediate
disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of
refund in full or in part at the discretion of Crowning
Achievements.
